SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

We only accept international orders to select countries, subject to change based on international customs laws.

We do not Ship to Indonesia or Malaysia, Singapore or Moldova. Orders placed to any of these locations will be cancelled and refunded by next business day.

We do NOT ship to Indiana, Washington, or Utah. Orders placed to any of these locations will be cancelled and refunded by next business day. Please understand your state regulations and tax requirements prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for any restrictions or additional taxation provided by your state.

We are proud to offer a flat rate ($4.99) USPS Priority shipping on orders shipping within the USA. We will make every effort to ship orders the same business day as they are placed. Order cut-off time for USPS Priority shipments is 10:00AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Cut-off time for same-day processing of Priority shipments is 10:00AM Pacific Time Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped no later than end of the following business day. Stated cut-off and order processing times apply to all orders unless an order is placed on hold due to an item out of stock, additional order information needed, age verification incomplete or payment requiring additional verification information, in which case you will be notified. Order cut-off times are best estimates but cannot be guaranteed and no orders are guaranteed to ship Saturday. No orders will be shipped on Sundays or postal holidays due to USPS operating hours. IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE SPECIALLY PACKAGED, 209 Smoke Shop may break down the package for shipping purposes. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems regarding this matter.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email address provided with your order. If your order is marked shipped and you are provided a tracking number, it is not guaranteed that it has made it out the same day. Please allow at least one business day for online tracking information to be updated by the carrier as tracking information may be transmitted with a delay.

Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.

At 209 Smoke Shop we have two different shipping methods to choose from. It is important to know that the shipping method you choose will not speed up the processing time of your order. One method is for U.S. customers (flate rate priority) and the other is for customers located outside of the U.S. (flat rate ground shipping) Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We try our hardest to get all our packages out quickly. 

We use only USPS for all U.S orders

We use Fedex, UPS or USPS on all orders outside of the U.S.

Transit times from time order is placed to when it is shipped are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

Ownership of packages accepted by carrier transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or mis-delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. 

 

209 Smoke Shop is proud to ship international orders. All international orders will only be shipped using ground shipping by USPS, Fedex or UPS. There are no expedited services available for international shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience.

International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsible of the buyers.

All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, 209 Smoke Shop is not responsible for any packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. 

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

International customers will be asked to provide an image of their government-issued photo ID for age verification. We will not ship to customers under 21 years of age, regardless of the legal age to purchase vapor products/tobacco products in the destination country.

The customer assumes all responsibilities for products and shipments clearing customs as well as duties, taxes and additional fees. 209 Smoke Shop does not accept responsibility for any customs requirements for clearing customs. 209 Smoke Shop does not collect duties and taxes for international shipments, international customers will be responsible for paying duties and taxes directly to their local agency. 209 Smoke Shop will NOT include any MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for any products or any additional information required for by customs release. 209 Smoke Shop does not accept responsibility for lost or undelivered orders once tracking indicates “Delivered.”

209 Smoke Shop is NOT responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, US Customs, or the receiving country’s postal service or customs. Any shipments returned to 209 Smoke Shop will be refunded LESS the shipping cost as well as any administrative, restocking or other associated fees. Tracking information will NOT be updated until the package is received in the destination country. 209 Smoke Shop is NOT responsible for any customs delays with international shipments.

Some brands are not allowed to ship outside of the United States due to manufacturer restrictions. 

If an item that you have ordered is backordered, we will attempt to contact you via the phone number and email provided in your order. If no response is given within 48 hours, we will process and ship the in stock items in your order and a refund will be issued in the amount of the total backordered items. You may always request store credit if an issue has not yet been refunded for the backordered items. 

Due to the volume of orders 209 Smoke Shop receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order. 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of 209 Smoke Shop, and any issues arising from packages/shipments not received must be resolved with the postal carrier in use. 209 Smoke Shop strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. 209 Smoke Shop is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user. 

Pre-Order” items are expected to ship on the date that is quoted in the description of the product. However, there may be some manufacturer delays, receiving delays, or other circumstances that may cause the arrival date to change. If you are purchasing a “Pre-Order” item WITH non “Pre-Order” items in the same order, please be aware that the items you purchased will ship separately.

 Your order may be placed on hold if the payment information provided cannot be verified or if an item on your order is out of stock. In this event, we will attempt to contact you via the email address and/or phone number provided in your order information. If we cannot confirm the necessary information, your order may be cancelled after 48 hours and your payment will be refunded.

The terms above are non-negotiable. By using this website and purchasing you agree to the terms as stated. We reserve the right to change the terms without notice as we see necessary.
